PROGRAMA DE TRANSFORMACIÓN PRODUCTIVA – MINISTERIO DE COMERCIO, INDUSTRIA Y TURISMO DE COLOMBIA

Colombia recognises the transformation power that Clean and Sustainable technologies have in the economic and industrial development of the country. For this reason through the Productive Transformation Program as part of the Government of Colombia, works hand in hand with the private sector in developing and fostering the use of clean technologies as part of its industrial policy.  Colombia is making progress in several sustainable development initiatives such as the Low Carbon Development Strategy, the National Biofuels Program and the implementation of a Bill on renewable energy and energy efficiency in which biomass is included.

The Productive Transformation Program (PTP) is a National Governmental initiative which objective is to transform the industry and foster the development of the companies of 20 strategic  sectors in order to promote GROWTH and COMPETITION.

Only by deeply knowing our companies we can transform the Colombian industry to make it more competitive.   This is why the Productive Transformation Program knows Colombian companies, identifies opportunities and offers and accurate response from the State. We have worked throughout Colombia, reinforcing resources and knowledge of regional and national government entities in order to promote a joint offer that meets the needs of local industries. The PRODUCTIVE TRANSFORMATION is a process that enables Colombian entrepreneurs achieve extraordinary results through a process of thinking and acting different.
